Abstract
Military Installation Requires Integrated Spill Contingency Plan

The scope of this project was to deliver a basewide geographic information system/facility information management (GIS/FIM) system during emergency situations. MaxResponder, through the ICP application, provides special fire preplans (business plans) that address HazMat and oil spill contingency plans. These business plans include the original MaxResponder site pre-plan information plus the boilerplate required by the state. All buildings have been geocoded to the map, and MaxResponder can call up a building by number, locate any building by clicking on the site, and enter an incident query for each.
