Abstract
Leveraging Success Through Partnerships and ProcessTrack: State and Local Government

With a tight budget and limited staff, the City of Springfield had to take a creative approach to their 2000/2001 Re-mapping Project. Every aspect of the project was confined to stringent time frames, and most staff support was voluntary. Only through forging strong partnerships were they able to succeed. Presenting perspectives from both the City and their contractor, David Smith and Associates, the presentation will focus on how to build partnerships that lead to success.
