Section 2: The Where Window
Current Location Map

The Current Location window is the small map of the entire state of Minnesota found at the upper right corner of the Where Window. The red dot's position will change as the user changes the data within the Where Window. Another way to change the current position is to simply click on the map and the dialog boxes will updated for that location.  There is also the ability to draw a box within the map (like one would do in the Display Window when zooming in). If this is performed, then the miles will change accordingly in the Radius in Miles box and the dialogue boxes on the Where Window will use the location at the center of the rectangle. When the Display Window button is pressed the zoom will also match that of the zoom box that was conducted on the miniature map of the state of Minnesota.

Note: You cannot zoom in on the Locator Map. To do this simply go to the Display Window and click on the map using the Zoom In tool. The Where Window will be updated accordingly.
